Sandy Franco

Sandy Franco has extensive experience in public administration and transportation planning, currently serving as Chief Administrative Analyst at Los Angeles Metro since October 2017. Previous roles at Los Angeles Metro include Management Analyst and interim positions as Principal Transportation Planner and Senior Transportation Planner. Prior to this, Sandy Franco worked at Kaufman Legal Group as Political Accounts Supervisor and held multiple positions in the Office of Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa, including Manager of Protocol & Special Events and Assistant to the Chief of Staff. Sandy Franco started in public service as an Assistant Scheduler to the Mayor and gained initial experience as an intern on Mayor Villaraigosa's Transition Team. Sandy Franco earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
