Steve McCaffrey is an experienced leader in the public adjustment industry, currently serving as CEO of Dimont and Ass since August 2021. As the President and Company Owner of Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. since its founding in December 1993, Steve has overseen significant growth, with the corporate headquarters supporting over 37 offices and 1,050 Public Adjusters. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Executive Vice President at Remmy Adjustment Company from January 1991 to December 1993, where management of adjusting and sales operations was key. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University between 1981 and 1987.
