P.eng Hamid Paravar

Hamid Paravar, P.Eng, LSSGB, has extensive experience in inventory control and process compliance, currently serving as the Director at Metro Supply Chain since August 2017, with prior roles including National Manager and WMS and Inventory Control Manager. Hamid's career began with a student consultancy project at FH Development Group, where a database was designed to enhance time management for a construction company. An industrial engineering internship at Alghanim Specialities Co. W.L.L involved performing time studies and process analysis to improve operational efficiency. Previous experience also includes management responsibilities at Trakma Investment Ltd. and academic support roles at Saint Mary's University. Hamid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Engineering from Saint Mary's University.
