Jeremy Yeates

Jeremy Yeates possesses extensive experience in business planning, performance management, and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Business Planning and Performance at Metro Trains Melbourne since July 2018. Prior roles at Metro Trains also included Head of Operations Interface, Operations Interface Manager, and Performance Manager. Before joining Metro Trains, Jeremy worked at News Corp Australia from April 2013 to June 2018 in positions such as National Operational Excellence Manager and Regional Continuous Improvement Leader. Earlier career experiences include serving as Operations Manager at OneSteel and various roles at Amcor Flexibles, including Business Systems Manager and Quality Systems Engineer. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from RMIT University (1997-2000).
