Dewan also holds several additional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and various LinkedIn certifications in areas such as compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, HR strategy, talent management, and utilization of HR metrics.
