Brad West

Brad West has an extensive career in public service, currently serving as the Chair of the Mayors' Council and a Board Member at TransLink since December 2022. West has also held positions as Vice Chair of the Mayors Committee and Director at Metro Vancouver since December 2018, as well as Trustee at the Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia since March 2019. Additionally, West has been the Mayor of the City of Port Coquitlam since November 2008 and previously served as a City Councillor. Educational qualifications include attendance at Harvard University in 2016, St. Francis Xavier University from 2008 to 2010, and the University of Victoria from 2004 to 2008.
