Nitzan Shalev - McPm

Nitzan Shalev is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Metro Vancouver since February 2022, focusing on data gap analysis and improvements in data modeling of water mains infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles at TC Energy as Cathodic Protection Data Steward and GIS Technologist, where responsibilities involved managing large datasets, enhancing data usability for engineering teams, and ensuring quality assurance in data processes. Nitzan has also contributed as a GIS Technician for the Town of Canmore, developing models for groundwater flood risk assessment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Victoria and an Applied Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Science from SAIT Polytechnic.
