Kirsten is responsible for developing and maintaining Metro Bank’s risk management framework and providing oversight of its effective implementation across the Bank.
Prior to becoming CRO, Kirsten was Chief Credit Officer at Metro Bank. She has held a wide range of leadership roles across enterprise risk, credit risk, risk analytics and portfolio management at NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Citigroup. Her academic background is in Statistics and she holds an MSc from the University of Oxford.
