Mandali Sirisha is a seasoned professional in human resources with over 17 years of experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for Corporate Human Resources at Metrochem API Pvt Ltd since October 2019, Mandali leads recruitment efforts and manages resume databases and interview schedules. Prior experience includes assistant managerial positions in human resources at Sainor Laboratories Pvt Ltd and Vestro Solvents Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.
