Adrian Clarke

Adrian Clarke is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in Production Validation at Metrolinx since September 2020. In this role, Adrian leads Production Deployment activities for PRESTO, significantly enhancing operational readiness and service delivery. Key accomplishments include authoring process documents to improve cross-functional collaboration, overseeing the successful launch of PRESTO in Apple Wallet with over 200,000 activations, and being nominated as a Lean Champion. Prior to this, Adrian held positions such as Assistant Manager and Senior Business Analyst in Infrastructure at PRESTO, managing team projects and implementation efforts across the Greater Toronto Area. With extensive experience in business systems coordination and application support at the Town of Oakville, Adrian has contributed to operational efficiency, training initiatives, and digital transitions. Adrian holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology Support Services from Sheridan College.
