Henry Lam

Henry Lam currently serves as a Senior Test Lead for Payments at Metrolinx, overseeing both the PMO & Shared Services and Validation & QA sectors since January 2023. With a robust background in testing and operational readiness, Henry previously held consulting roles at Miipe Quality Solutions and Bell, and spent over a decade at Rogers Communications as Test Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams in end-to-end customer journey validation and operational readiness for new product launches. Earlier experience includes positions ranging from technical consulting in mobile internet to managing large groups of testers for enterprise-level projects. Henry's educational background includes studies at George Brown College and R. H. King Academy.
