Ken Kuschei

Vice President, Customer Insights, Data And Fare Strategy at Metrolinx

Ken Kuschei has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ken started their career in 1995 as a Manager at Ahearn & Soper, where they led a technical team in providing client-centric solutions. Ken then worked as a Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard from 1998 to 2004, overseeing the development and implementation of IT solutions. In 2004, they joined The Loyalty Group as a Senior Manager until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Consultant at LoyaltyOne Consulting, where they provided strategic and analytical leadership in loyalty program development and optimization for clients such as Walgreens and BMW. From 2010 to 2017, they served as Director of Consumer Insights at Longo's, showcasing their commitment to understanding consumer behavior. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Insights, Data, and Fare Strategy at Metrolinx, where they continue to leverage their expertise in customer insights and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Ken Kuschei has an Honors B. Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management, General from McMaster University. Ken also has a 3-year diploma in Business & Administration from Sheridan College.
