Nadia Brooks

Nadia Brooks is a seasoned professional in finance and policy with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Intergovernmental Finance Policy at Metrolinx since April 2021, Nadia previously held the position of Senior Advisor to the CFO. Nadia’s earlier roles include Team Lead and Senior Policy Analyst at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat from December 2017 to April 2021, as well as Team Lead and Senior Policy Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation from 2008 to 2017. Nadia began their career at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation as a Policy Analyst and also worked as an Intern prior to that. An early position as a Research Assistant at an Environmental Consultant and Treasurer at Famous Players helped shape Nadia's professional foundation. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Ottawa, earned between 1997 and 2001.
