Rebecca Lo

Rebecca Lo currently serves as the Director of PRESTO Payments at Metrolinx, focusing on payments platforms and delivery since September 2023. Prior to this, Rebecca held multiple leadership positions at CIBC from May 2014 to September 2023, including Director of Enterprise Payments, where responsibilities included overseeing payment processing initiatives, enhancing client experiences, and providing thought leadership on payment technologies. Rebecca's background also includes being a Co-Founder of Cynical People, a creative agency specializing in interactive design and video production, and prior roles in various capacities at organizations such as Top Drawer Creative and CIBC Mellon. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
