Shane Kazushner

Shane Kazushner is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in business law, commercial services, and construction law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Metrolinx since July 2022, Shane previously held the role of Construction and Senior Legal Counsel at Toronto Hydro, focusing on contract drafting, risk analysis, procurement, and legal strategy. Shane's legal career includes significant roles as a Partner at Morrison Brown Sosnovitch LLP and as an Associate at both Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP and Fogler Rubinoff LLP, with extensive practice in commercial and civil litigation. Shane contributed to the Ontario Bar Association as an Executive Member in the Construction and Infrastructure Law Section.
