Steve Smillie MBA, BComm has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and commercial management. Steve began their career at CIBC in 2003 as a Director in CIBC Sourcing, where they worked until 2013. Steve then joined TD as an Associate Vice President in the Strategic Sourcing Group, responsible for sourcing various categories such as HR, Marketing, Real Estate, and Travel. In 2023, Steve will join Metrolinx as Vice President of Commercial Management, Operations.

Steve Smillie completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business at McMaster University from 1993 to 1997. Steve later pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Leicester from 2002 to 2004.
