Tara Reynolds

Tara Reynolds is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners at Metrolinx since October 2022. Previously, Tara held the role of Director of Human Resources at Grand & Toy from 2010 to 2021, overseeing the Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team across various business units. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at CompuCom Canada, where strategic alignment of the HR structure was evaluated, and as Director of Human Resources Canada at Randstad, where a new department was established during a transition to a corporate culture. Earlier roles at Loblaw Companies included Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Organization Development from the University of Guelph and has a Coaching Certification from Adler Graduate Professional School.
