Winnie Falkenstein

Winnie Falkenstein is an experienced professional in the field of equity, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as Senior Manager of Inclusion at Metrolinx since March 2021. Prior to this role, Winnie held the position of Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at the University of Toronto Scarborough from February to December 2020. Winnie’s extensive background includes various consulting roles at the City of Toronto, where responsibilities ranged from Equity and Diversity Consultant to Project Manager for Election Services. Additionally, Winnie served as a Policy Advisor for the Ontario Government and as a Federal Parole Officer with the Correctional Service of Canada. Academically, Winnie holds a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing a Leadership Essentials program at Schulich ExecEd.
