Jerwin Pastoral

Jerwin Pastoral has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jerwin started their career as a Website Designer and Developer at I-Map Web Solutions in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an IT Staff at the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action (FSD), providing technical support to various offices.

In 2012, Jerwin joined Meta7 Services Inc. as a Lead Website Developer, where they provided accounting, administrative, IT, and web support services. Jerwin then moved on to AsiaPay Payment Technology Corp. in 2014, working as a Mobile Developer and contributing to the development of mobile point-of-sale technologies.

Starting from 2016, Jerwin worked at TravelBook.ph as a Senior Mobile Applications Developer, playing a key role in the growth of the online travel e-commerce company. In 2020, they joined Asia Service Centre Philippines - Sun Life Financial as an MCOE Analyst, contributing to the analytics and operations of the company.

In 2018, Jerwin ventured into entrepreneurship and became a Business Owner and GCP Engineer at Top Event Destinations. Jerwin also founded Web App Ventures Software Development Services in 2019, where they provided web design and development services for various clients.

Most recently, Jerwin worked at MetroMart as a Senior iOS Developer and later as a Team Lead iOS Developer. In these roles, they contributed to the advancement of architecture and abstractions, mentored team members, and led design, code, and test inspections.

Overall, Jerwin Pastoral has gained extensive experience in web and mobile development, project management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Jerwin Pastoral attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their BS degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their college education, they also obtained certifications in "Learning JIRA Software" from LinkedIn in May 2018 and "Programming for Non-Programmers: IOS 9 and Swift" from Lynda.com in February 2016.
