Erika Pietrucha

Erika Pietrucha serves as the Manager of Behavioral Health Quality at MetroPlusHealth since November 2023, previously held the role of Behavioral Health Provider Liaison - Quality Management. With a private psychotherapy and counseling practice established in November 2015, Erika has extensive experience in behavioral health, including an account executive position at Carelon Behavioral Health from December 2020 to November 2023 and multiple leadership roles at Beacon Health Options from July 2015 to December 2020, where duties included Director of Children’s Care Management for Downstate NY. Earlier experience includes roles at Park Slope Center for Mental Health and Lutheran Medical Center, alongside internships at Wisnik Career Enterprises and JP Morgan Chase. Erika obtained a Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University, completing studies between 2005 and 2010.
