Todd Graham

Todd Graham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Todd began their career as a Researcher at the New England Board of Higher Education in 1993, before transitioning to the role of Program Officer at the Midwestern Higher Education Compact in 1994. In 1997, they joined the State of Minnesota as the Regional Analysis & Outreach Manager, a role they held until 2004. Following this, Todd worked as a Board Member (Volunteer) at 1000 Friends of Minnesota from 2011 to 2013. Todd then served as a Chair (Volunteer) at Twin Cities Research Group from 2004 onwards. Additionally, Todd was a Principal Forecaster and Research Manager at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities from 2004 to 2007 and held a position on the State Data Center Network Steering Committee at the U.S. Census Bureau from 2014 to 2020.

Todd Graham attended Wesleyan University from 1987 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Todd then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.

Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities

The Metropolitan Council is the regional planning organization in the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area. We run the regional bus and light-rail system and Northstar commuter rail, collect and treat wastewater, coordinate regional water resources, plan regional parks, and administer funds that provide housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income families. Our board is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Governor.
