Kathryn Ling is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and customer service. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors since May 2016, Kathryn manages service operations for HVAC, Sheetmetal, and Plumbing teams at Flint Hills Resources, Pine Bend Refinery. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Dispatch Lead at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and worked as an Account Manager at C.H. Robinson, overseeing key accounts and ensuring the achievement of customer performance indicators. Kathryn is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management was earned, complemented by experience as a Customer Service Manager at Cub Foods. Additionally, Kathryn is a member of the Society of Unified Management Organizations.
