As director of human resources for Walden Security, Alecia Clark leads their local human resources teams to source, screen, select and place security officers for more than 3,000 positions across their Commercial Services Division. A hands-on leader, Alecia plans, develops and administers HR policies and programs, and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance, compliance and retention. Alecia joined Walden Security in 2014 as human resources assistant for their Atlanta office and subsequently earned several promotions, which led to her most recent role as human resources manager for the Georgia/Florida region. Prior to joining Walden Security, she worked for more than 10 years in various human resources and customer service roles within the retail industry. Alecia is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a SHRM Certified Professional.
