Laura I. Miller

Laura I. Miller is an accomplished professional in editorial and content operations with extensive experience in higher education communications. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Editorial and Content Operations at Metropolitan State University of Denver since February 2022, Laura oversees the production and processes for the university's communications channels, including strategic planning and team management. Previously, Laura held roles such as Managing Editor/Content Manager at the same university, Communications & Content Manager at the University of Denver, and Program & Content Coordinator at Lighthouse Writers Workshop, where significant increases in engagement and website traffic were achieved.
