Audrey Bergengren joined Metropolitan State University in July of 2019 as Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Recruitment. She provides executive leadership and strategic direction through her roles as a President’s Executive Council Member, Cabinet member, Public Information Officer, Minnesota State Key Communicator and Strategic Marketing Council Co-Chair. She is responsible for the Admissions and Marketing Departments at the university.
Prior to Metropolitan State University, Audrey served as the Executive Director of Marketing, Communication and Recruitment at Saint Paul College for four years. Previous experiences have included work as Director of Marketing and Communication at Minnehaha Academy (PreK private school) for six years, Marketing and Communications Manager at Children’s HeartLink and Communication and Marketing Specialist at Fairview Southdale Hospital.
Audrey Bergengren holds a bachelor of science in mass communication with an emphasis on integrated advertising and public relations from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MA in organizational leadership with an emphasis in strategic management from St. Catherine University.
