Cas Johnson

Cas Johnson is an experienced instructional designer and consultant with a robust background in higher education and digital product development. Currently serving as a Production Instructional Designer at Metro State University, Cas has enhanced instructional quality through innovative workshops and training materials. Formerly, Cas worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Jamestown and as a Senior Adjunct Faculty at Minnesota State University Moorhead, delivering high enrollment and ratings while mentoring colleagues in best practices. Additional expertise includes leading successful e-commerce initiatives as a Consultant and User Experience Specialist, alongside extensive experience in web development and project management roles across various organizations, significantly contributing to operational efficiencies and client satisfaction. Cas holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Minnesota State Moorhead and various certifications in continuing education and training.
