Kevin Chrisler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kevin started their career at GC Services, where they held multiple positions from Management Trainee to Project Manager. During this time, they managed various projects, including the implementation of an Enhanced Automated Collection System for the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Taxation. Kevin also played a role in new business development, creating cost proposals for clients such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Internal Revenue Service.
Kevin then moved on to work at Affiliated Computer Services, Government Solutions, Inc. as an Information Resource Manager. Here, they led the implementation of a technical infrastructure transition for a $360M outsourcing contract with the Department of Defense Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Kevin successfully transitioned over 400 staff to ACS control, ensuring operational integrity.
After that, Kevin joined Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Project Manager. Kevin managed federal civilian agency contracts with clients such as Pension Benefits Guarantee Corporation, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Export Import Bank. Kevin was responsible for client satisfaction and provided account management to deliver a full range of data center services.
Kevin's next role was at L-3 Communications as a Program Manager. Kevin oversaw the Desktop Computer Modernization Program, which provided Seat Management services. Kevin implemented operational and administrative activities, including a Help Desk/Contact Center and asset life-cycle management. Kevin also managed program cost, schedule, and technical performance for projects with Montgomery County Maryland and the City of Des Moines, Iowa.
Following this, Kevin worked at Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. (CCSi) as a Program Manager. Kevin was involved in the deployment of Secure Messaging and Personal Healthcare Record released through the My HealtheVet portal for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Kevin also provided leadership and senior management to clients such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS Science and Technology Directorate, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Kevin then joined Technatomy Corporation as a Program Manager, where they provided leadership and management for various programs.
Currently, Kevin Chrisler works at MetroStar Systems as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Kevin has been with the company since 2017 and has held both roles concurrently.
Kevin Chrisler's education history includes a brief period from 1994 to 1995 at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied Technology Management. Kevin'sprimary education was obtained from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they attended from 1978 to 1984 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS).
In addition to their formal education, Kevin Chrisler has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include becoming a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in 2016, receiving the ISO 20000-2: 2005 IT-Service Management, Internal Auditor certification from RADIAN Compliance in 2012, obtaining the ISO 27001:2005 IT-Security Management, Internal Auditor certification from RADIAN Compliance in 2012, achieving the SEI CMMI-DEV & CMMI-SVC Internal Auditor certification from SCAMPI Operations CMMI Institute in 2012, and obtaining the Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute Inc. in July 2008.
