Scott Turner

Scott Turner is a seasoned professional in proposal management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. since May 2023, Scott previously held similar roles at MetroStar and Whitney, Bradley & Brown from February 2023 to February 2023 and November 2018 to February 2023, respectively. Scott's career also includes positions as a Senior Proposal Manager at AECOM and ViON Corporation, and as a Capture Manager at Verizon Communications, formerly Terremark Federal Group LLC. Beginning as a Proposal Manager at GTSI from 2005 to 2011, Scott has cultivated a robust skill set in proposal development.
