Colin Brown is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at MetService since October 2023, Colin has previously held significant roles at Xero, including Executive General Manager for both Platform and Enterprise Technology, where the focus was on enhancing small business efficiency and internal systems. Additionally, Colin's tenure at Spark New Zealand involved leading technology change and network evolution initiatives, alongside a general management role overseeing mobile, fixed, and legacy network services. Colin co-founded the Rural Connectivity Group to enhance broadband access in remote areas and has held board positions at the Marram Community Trust, emphasizing community service. Colin's earlier experience includes key management positions at Telecom New Zealand, contributing to project delivery and retail transformation efforts. Colin holds degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from The University of Waikato and Massey University, respectively.
