Ramon Oosterkamp is an accomplished meteorologist with extensive experience in meteorological operations and forecasting. Currently serving as GM of Meteorological Operations at MetService since October 2015, Ramon previously held various roles within the same organization, including Manager of Forecasting Operations and Manager of Public Weather Services, as well as working as a shift Meteorologist. Ramon’s educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Meteorology from Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Massey University, and National Certificates in Mechanical Engineering from the Eastern Institute of Technology.
