Linh Hoang

Linh Hoang currently holds the position of Service Manager for Marketing Applications at Metso since January 2023, responsible for ensuring the reliability of marketing applications and managing IT service providers to deliver quality service. Linh collaborates with various cross-functional teams and oversees IT service costs, budgeting, and security related to application development. Previously, Linh served as an Application Owner and Application Specialist in Marketing at Metso, focusing on application security and upgrades, and worked as a Marketing Trainee at Pullman Vung Tau, where responsibilities included creating marketing materials and analyzing social media performance. Linh holds a Master's degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Customer Relationship Management and Communication from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
