Nitin Dhotre

Nitin Dhotre, P.Eng., is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the mining and process equipment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance at Metso since August 2020, Nitin has previously held significant roles at OUTOTEC (USA) INC., where contributions included serving as Product Compliance Manager and Mechanical Engineer from May 2016 to August 2020, and as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Outotec from September 2010 to May 2016, with a successful track record in designing flotation and thickener equipment. Initial career phases included positions as an Intermediate Mechanical Designer at Atlantis Systems International and as a Mechanical Designer at Hatch. Nitin holds a Master of Science in Machine Design from the University of Saskatchewan and two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
