Tommi Loponen

Tommi Loponen is an experienced professional in infrastructure network services and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Network Services at Metso since March 2021, Tommi also holds the role of Scaled Agile Framework Product Owner. Prior to Metso, Tommi worked at HCL Technologies from September 2012 to March 2021, where Tommi was a Project Manager focusing on cybersecurity development for process manufacturing and a Global Service Manager for Network and Network Security services. Tommi's career began at UPM-Kymmene, where roles included Team Manager for IT Operations and Manager for IT Service Delivery Management in Barcelona. Previous experience also includes positions as a Solution Specialist at UPM-Kymmene and Systems Specialist at UPM Raflatac, as well as IT Expert at Hämeen Puhelin Oy from 1994 to 1999.
