Kushal Avaiya

Kushal Avaiya is a seasoned professional in the field of network engineering and management with extensive experience in overseeing technical teams and implementing infrastructure solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at MetTel since April 2017, Kushal is responsible for ensuring 100% uptime for large-scale enterprises and managing a team that interacts daily with clients in the managed Service Provider domain. Previous roles at MetTel include Sr Network Architect and Sr Network Engineer, where Kushal designed and deployed network systems for extensive enterprise footprints and maintained a multi-gigabit MPLS network. Earlier experience includes positions at integraONE, OnDoorService Private Limited, Hari Krishna Private Limited, and SUN Infosystems, where Kushal developed technical solutions and supported network operations. Kushal holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University.
