VP, Federal Government Programs at MetTel

As MetTel’s Vice President of the Federal Government Program Management Office, Patrick provides leadership and knowledge to the ever-growing Federal Government PMO staff while effectively contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews for Federal Government IT/telecommunications initiatives.

Patrick is a highly skilled technology executive with 29 years of experience in the private sector and military. His knowledge spans multiple disciplines including internetworking technology and network infrastructure with a strong emphasis on technical program/project management and government contracting. His past experience includes leading the SLED Program Management Office at Level 3 Communications, managing multiple government agency programs at CenturyLink, overseeing the GSA’s voice and data network transition to NETWORX at Qwest Communications, and program management at MCI/Verizon.

Patrick is a Chicago native and a graduate of Strayer University (Washington, DC) where he earned a BS in Internetworking Technology. Patrick also proudly served in the United States Army Quartermaster Corps and Signal Corps.
