Marcelo M. began their career in 2018 as an Estagiário de Recursos Humanos at the Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza. Their duties included analyzing and controlling documents and contracts of the servers. In 2019, they moved to Transnordestina Logística as an Estagiário de Cadeia de Suprimentos, where they were responsible for analyzing KPI's of the sector, cadastrating suppliers, and following up on purchasing processes. In 2021, they joined meutudo. as an Analyst Quality Control PL, Trainee Quality Control, and Trainee Customer Success.
Marcelo M. graduated from Centro universitário UNIGRANDE in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Marcelo also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Grupo Voitto, obtained in December 2022, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from FM2S Educação e Consultoria, obtained in April 2022.
