Ella McCann-Tomlin

Ella McCann-Tomlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy, currently serving as Vice President of ESG at Mews since February 2024. As the Founder of Ardent and a member of Founderland since June 2022, Ella is dedicated to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs, particularly women of color. Ella's prior roles include a consultancy at Translucent, where strategic commercial insights were provided, and a significant tenure at Dext, where responsibilities included leading diversity initiatives, sales effectiveness, and account management. Ella also engaged with the Revenue Collective and has a strong educational background with a BA in History from The University of Manchester.
