Stela Koleva

Stela Koleva currently serves as Vice President of Support Services at Mews, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Stela held various leadership roles at SAP Concur from March 2008 to May 2023, including Vice President of Travel Product Support and Country Director for SAP Concur Czech s.r.o., overseeing EMEA service and support teams. Stela's career highlights include leading operations for GSS teams across multiple regions, managing Advantage Services, and serving as a subject matter expert in various domains, including Cognos BI and VAT legislation. Stela has an extensive educational background, with degrees from institutions such as Mannheim Business School (Executive MBA), Swiss School of Business and Management (Doctor's Degree), and Stanford University (Executive Education). Currently pursuing an Advanced Certification in Neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania, Stela combines strong management expertise with specialized knowledge in support services and strategic decision-making.
