Efe Erdem currently serves as General Manager at MEXT since January 2024, prior to which Efe held the position of Executive Director at MESS Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası from December 2018 to December 2023. Efe has extensive experience at Ford Otosan, where roles spanned from Manufacturing Engineer to Innovation Manager over a period from November 2003 to December 2018, including a special expatriate assignment in the UK for eight months. Efe holds a Master of Science in Management Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University, along with a secondary education from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi.
