Merve Ergin Tosun is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at MEXT since May 2019, after previously holding roles as Learning and Development Manager and Development Consultant there. Prior experience includes HR Executive at Coca-Cola İçecek, as well as various positions at Management Centre Türkiye, including Organizational Development & Tech Content Manager and Project Solutions Executive. Merve led AIESEC in Turkey as Country Director, overseeing strategic direction for multiple local offices and managing a substantial volunteer base, and also contributed as Head of Global Internship Programme. Merve's early career included a role as Local Manager of Human Resources at AIESEC Istanbul Local Committee. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies from the same institution.
