Doug Jeske began their work experience as a Corporate Affairs Specialist at Sandoz Agro in 1990. From 1993 to 2002, they worked at Meyocks + Priebe; Meyocks Benkstein Associates, holding various roles. In 2002, they joined CMF+Z as an Account Director before moving to The Meyocks Group later that year. At The Meyocks Group, they held the positions of Senior Vice President from 2002 to 2006, Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2008, and President from 2008 onwards.

Doug Jeske received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Iowa State University, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Doug then pursued further education at Northwestern University from 1989 to 1990 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Corporate Communications.
