Chris Bohane

Chris Bohane is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at MFS Investment Management since April 2003. Prior roles at MFS include SVP and Senior Managing Counsel, SVP and Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Counsel and Vice President. Prior to MFS, Chris worked as an Associate at K&L Gates from January 2001 to April 2003 and served as Counsel at Natixis Global Associates from May 1998 to January 2001. Chris holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School (1999) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Williams College (1996). Education was completed at Hanover High School, graduating in 1992.
