Rosa Licea-Mailloux

Rosa Licea-Mailloux currently serves as the Head of Compliance for the Americas and Chief Compliance Officer for MFS Funds at MFS Investment Management since December 2018, after holding several senior compliance roles within the company. In addition to their role at MFS, Rosa is a Board Member at Kendal at Home and the President of the Board of Directors for Stone House, both non-profit organizations. Previously, Rosa spent over 14 years at Natixis Investment Managers, where responsibilities included oversight of the legal administration group and fund compliance programs. Rosa began their career as a Compliance Specialist at Putnam Investments. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Doctor of Law from Northeastern University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Economics from Boston University.
