Cynthia Bravo possesses a diverse range of professional experience in customer support and graphic design. Currently serving as a Senior Claim Specialist at Montage Furniture Services since December 2018, Cynthia excels in managing customer escalations and adjudicating claims. In addition to this role, Cynthia volunteers as a Graphic Designer for Crash's Landing & Big Sid's Cat Rescue & Placement Centers, utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create engaging graphics and print materials. Previous positions include Customer Support Coordinator at Service Express, Inc., AT&T Expert and Mobile Consultant at Best Buy, and Visual Brand Identity Developer for Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, all of which highlight strong customer service skills and visual design expertise. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Medical Illustration from Kendall College of Art and Design.
