Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Covetrus and Lucid Motors, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR for numerous employees in diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals and luxury electric vehicles. Kyle's earlier experience includes leadership positions in recruitment, operations management, and corporate HR support, complemented by a solid educational background that includes ongoing doctoral studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
