Melissa Acosta

Melissa Acosta has diverse experience in customer service and administrative support. Currently serving in multiple roles, including Inventor Relations, Administrative Assistant, and Receptionist at MGA Entertainment since January 2021, Melissa has developed a strong skill set in managing communications and facilitating customer interactions. Prior experience as a Customer Experience Representative at Don Cuco Mexican Restaurant from July 2015 to July 2020 involved providing exceptional service, managing reservations, and processing payments. Melissa holds a degree in Communications from Moorpark College and a certification in Criminal Justice from Ventura County ROP, complemented by a high school diploma from Simi Valley High School.
