Shannon Martoccia

Shannon Martoccia has extensive experience in IT and operations, primarily with MGM Resorts International since June 2000, where roles have included IT Ops Engineer, Senior Operations Analyst, Team Lead Support Center, Command Center Supervisor, and Technical Systems Analyst. Prior to this, Shannon served as a Computer Operator at MGM Grand from September 1998 to June 2000 and worked as a Systems Technician at CBS Autotote from May 1993 to September 1998. Shannon's career began in the US Navy from May 1978 to May 1988 as an Electronics Technician. Educational background includes a diploma from Rancho High earned between 1975 and 1978.
