Wyatt Dent

Wyatt Dent has extensive experience in employee relations and guest experience within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at MGM Resorts International since April 2021, Wyatt previously held various roles including Employee Relations Partner. Prior experience at ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa spanned from July 2013 to April 2021, where Wyatt progressed from Guest Service Representative to Manager of Guest Experience. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Sales and Service Specialist at Bank of America from July 2010 to July 2013. Wyatt Dent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, graduating in 2023.
