Kim Schuerer is an experienced security and public safety professional currently serving as the Assistant Shift Manager of Security at MGM Springfield since July 2017 and as the Assistant Public Safety Manager at MassMutual Center since April 2016. In these roles, Kim Schuerer assists in the day-to-day operations, manages event staff, handles scheduling, and ensures the safety and security of venue occupants. Prior experience includes working as a Special Investigator at US Investigations from August 2004 to July 2010. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Westfield State University, alongside various certifications in venue safety, security, and crowd management acquired throughout 2016 and 2017.
