Prior to this role, Michael M. worked at Springfield Technical Community College from 2006 to 2018, progressing through ranks from Patrol Officer to Police Sergeant and ultimately Lieutenant. Michael M. began a law enforcement career at Hampshire College as a Patrol Officer from 2002 to 2006. Academically, Michael M. holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Springfield Technical Community College and a Certificate in Command Training: First Line Supervisor from Roger Williams University.
